If you are like myself, running around constantly with limited time to prepare breakfast, I have a very quick, simple and delicious recipe for you:
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla flavor
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
⅕ cup of milk (or almond, oat milk)
4 slices of bread
Serve with:
Fruits
Vanilla Datehini
Instructions:
Mix the eggs with the vanilla, cinnamon and milk
Dip each slice of bread nicely into the egg mix
Cook in a pan with some oil, for 1 minute on each side
Serve hot with fruits and vanilla datehini on top
