Returns and Refund policy
At Sepoli, your enjoyment of our products is our highest priority and we are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. Please contact us by emailing contact@sepoli.com with your information including name, order number, phone number, mailing address, photos of product and packaging, and reason for the return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are always available to discuss your concerns and welcome any feedback. If there is a solution within our control, we promise to make it happen!

Retail/In-Store: Any returns or refunds for products purchased from a grocery store or from another location other than our website should be directed to where the product was purchased.

There are no returns allowed on Free Trial orders.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

When your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
