Here is a unique and quick dessert to impress your friends and family.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of gelatine
5 tbsp of water
2 cups of heavy cream
3 oz of erythritol
1 tsp of vanilla
Vanilla Datehini
Berries
Instructions:
Add gelatine to a small bowl and pour in the water
Let it set - it will take about 10 minutes
Meanwhile add the cream, erythritol and vanilla to a saucepan and place on medium heat
Mix slowly, until the liquid starts simmering - then remove from the heat
Add in the gelatine and mix until fully dissolved
Transfer into ramekins and place in the fridge to set - about 3 hours
Serve with vanilla datehini and berries
