Vegan brownie made with Datehini

Recipe: Vegan brownie with Datehini Cinnamon

I am super excited to share this amazing recipe. It is quick, simple and delicious...

Ingredients (makes 8 small brownies):

1 cup of flour

⅓ cup of cocoa powder

½ cup of erythritol

½ cup of vegetable oil

½ cup of water

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of vanilla essence

1 oz of chocolate chips (handful) 

1 tbsp Datehini Cinnamon (you can also use Datehini Vanilla or Original) 

Top with:

More datehini as you prefer

Raspberries

 

Instructions:

Mix all of the ingredients together with a whisk and transfer to a baking tray

Cook at 350F, for about 35 minutes

Serve and top with Datehini Cinnamon and raspberries
